Kitchen Chaos is a chaotic cooking simulation game. Players take on the role of chefs in a kitchen, preparing meals via preparation of ingredients, cooking, serving, and cleaning up all while under a time limit to complete as many dishes as possible. During a round, the players are presented with orders which must be completed within a short time window. So, sharpen your knives and dust off your chef’s whites, there isn’t mushroom for error and the steaks are high in this crazy kitchen! 

A few key lessons I learned while making this game include:

  • Implementing input control customization feature in the options menu to enhance player accessibility and convenience.
  • Deepening my understanding of event-based architecture and its practical implementation in Unity.
